Frequently asked questions
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens locally in your browser — the video is never sent to a server.
Can I join several short clips into one longer video?
Yes. Add multiple clips from the Clips tab, put them in the order you want, and Export will combine them into a single video file — useful for turning a handful of 5–10 second clips into a one, five or ten minute video.
How does background blur / replacement work?
The tool loads a small on-device AI model that separates the main subject from the background. This needs an internet connection the first time it’s used, and works best with one person or clear subject in frame.
Can I change the video speed?
Yes — the Speed slider in the Filters tab plays and exports the clips anywhere from quarter-speed slow motion to double speed.
Can I add or remove background music?
Yes, from the Audio tab. You can mix music in alongside the original sound, or mute the original audio so only the music plays.
Do I need to sign up?
No account or sign-up is needed — the tool is free to use directly from the page.
